Q: I have never dealt with a graphic designer before and don't know where to start. I don't even know exactly what I want!
A: No problem. We can start by reviewing your goals (i.e. why you contacted me in the first place), then outline a strategy that includes developing the necessary print and web projects.

Q: I haven't a clue what my designs should look like.
A: That's where I come in. We will either start fresh or build upon logos, images, and other material that you already own.

Q: What if I have gathered samples or sites with a look that I like?
A: Share them please! This makes my job easier by clarifying your personal preferences. It will save you money and me time.

Q: Can you work from and revise existing files?
A: That depends on the software and format. I can work with most newer versions of InDesign and QuarkXpress. Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver will  accommodate even older files. I can also easily convert PDFs to Quark files and Quark files to InDesign.
